一般介紹

換熱器（英語：heat exchanger），是將熱流體的部分熱量傳遞給冷流體的設(shè)備，使流體溫度達(dá)到工藝流程規(guī)定的指標(biāo)的熱量交換設(shè)備，又稱熱交換器。材質(zhì)一般有碳錳鋼、不銹鋼、鋯、鎳基（哈氏、蒙乃爾、因康鎳）合金及其它復(fù)合材料。

常用列管換熱器主要是由殼體、傳熱管束、管板、折流板和管箱等部件組成。

工作原理

溫度不同的兩種流體在被壁面分開的空間里流動，通過壁面的導(dǎo)熱和流體在壁表面對流，兩種流體之間進行換熱。
