一般介紹

乳化罐的作用是將一種或多種物料（水溶性固相、液相或膠狀物等）溶于另一種液相，并使其水合成為相對穩定的乳化液。廣泛適用于食用油類、粉類、糖類等原輔料的乳化混合，某些涂料、油漆乳化分散也使用乳化罐，尤其適用于某些難溶膠狀類添加劑如CMC、黃原膠等。

設備組成

主要是由罐體、攪拌器、乳化機、控制元件等組成。

工作原理

離心式高速乳化頭在工作時可產生巨大的旋轉吸力，將轉子正上方的物料旋轉著吸下，然后高速拋向定子，經過轉定子間的高速剪切、碰撞、粉碎后，物料匯集至出口而噴出。同時罐底防渦流擋板將旋轉力轉化為上下翻騰力，從而使罐內物料混合均勻，防止粉料在液面堆積聚團，而達到水合乳化的目的。
